What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is seeing a mid-level Business Analyst who is capable of moderate to minimal supervisory oversight while contributing as an effective member of an Agile Scrum Team following SAFe practices . This person will be working dynamically in a fast-paced , high intensity environment and contribute at a sustained level within their team to identify, clarify and document requirements from government Product Owner provided materials as well as comments/input elicited related to various aspects of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
CACI’s Enterprise Solutions Group provides enterprise IT services and solutions across the breadth of CACI customers, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, civilian agencies, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). One of those successful solutions is the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) which consists of many modules spanning all aspects of DoD contracting, receipt/acceptance, payment related activities, GFP and logistics tracking.
More About the Role
As a Business Analyst on a PIEE Agile Team , you’ll work closely in a cross-functional environment leveraging SAFe practices to elicit requirements from customers and translate those requirements into clearly articulated and complete user stories that developers can use to build working software.
You will work with the Product Owner to prioritize features and stories over the course of the Program Increment as well as current iterations , understanding acceptance criteria, and serve as the liaison between technical and functional stakeholders. You will communicate those requirements to a multi-functional team of developers, testers and training specialists. You will deconflict realistic / priority feature requirements from “must have” to “nice to haves” and maintain the Product Owner backlog on their behalf.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years of related work experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance
5 years Business Analysis and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Agile methodologies and environment SAFe)
DOD Industry knowledge and experience
Solid Analytical Skills (ability to hear, understand and digest requirements while identifying potential areas of impact across a variety of different DoD related contracting/logistical modules ).
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and JIRA, Confluence or similar programs
Experience with customer relations and aspects of accurate, detailed documentation functions.
Experience in working in a high intensity, fast paced Agile environment
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment; working with others to meet aggressive time-based goals with high quality standards.
Familiar with one or more of the following: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD Supply/Logistics and/or DoD Payment processing.
Familiar with Mockflow or similar wireframe programs and concepts

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
