Job Title: IT Project Manager- Startup & Scaling Capabilities
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $61.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $141,000.00

IT PM- Startup & Scaling Capabilities Overview
Top Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
Past experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
Familiarity working in a startup/scaling environment.
Strong technical acumen.
IT PM- Startup & Scaling Capabilities- Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination with our IT department, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and provide a good user experience for our internal customers.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and track project progress using appropriate project management tools.
Act as a Liaison between the corporate governance and compliance teams and our tech teams for audit findings and other related issues.
Collaborate with our operations team to manage third party application compliance and risk issues
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular status reports and meetings.
Manage project documentation, requirements documents, and change requests.
Assist in administering our Jira and Confluence instances for the broader organization.
