Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities from initiation to closeout
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement study protocols
Maintain accurate and complete study documentation
Monitor trial progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays
Support site selection, qualification, and training processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in clinical trial coordination or related roles desired
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements desired
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Diligent with a commitment to quality and accuracy
