Job Description:
Fluor is seeking candidates for opportunities within our Program Delivery Support (PDS) team, working alongside the California High-Speed Rail Authority, to provide program delivery and program management services for one of the largest planned infrastructure projects in the U.S.
The system will connect the 500-mile stretch between the Los Angeles region with the San Francisco Bay Area, with up to 24 stations. The first phase of the program is currently under construction in California’s Central Valley.
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of assigned projects from inception to close-out, on schedule, within budget, in accordance with the approved scope, meeting established quality requirements and objectives under the direction of the Acquisition Project Manager and Acquisitions – Senior Project Manager.
Program-specific activities will include the following:
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage delivery of right-of-way projects including but not limited to acquisition, land conveyance, reporting, etc.
• Development, continual improvement and implementation of: strategies, policies and procedures, systems and tools, to support right-of-way delivery for needed areas.
• Support ROW Project Manager in special tasks, duties, and reporting.
