We are currently seeking a highly driven Team Lead/Sr. Territory Manager to join our Sales Team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. This position starts with a range of 50K-80K Euros with an opportunity to advance in your career at a rapid rate.

Performance Objectives  

  • Prepare and lead strategic territorial business plans for the year .

  • Lead a team of 2 to 3 individual Account Executives along with their direct reports ( the sales side of a POD or several PODs) and your own book of strategic accounts .

  • Focus on achieving retention, upgrade and PI targets for your territory and the PODs that you manage .

  • Execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition and account growth in the Solar market.

  • Team with Technical Advisors and /or Principal Consultants to effectively present a value proposition to capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Team with Technical Advisors and/or Principal Consultants to identify opportunities for increased ROI within your account base.

  • Provide weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts within an acceptable accuracy rate.

  • Deliver client feedback to marketing and product teams to build more effective products and services.

  • Define and manage territorial budget allocation throughout the year.

  • Position your team as industry experts in the market .

  • Complete company certifications and training on a regular basis.

  • Expected to attend and actively participate in trade shows, sales and solar summit s , appearances in webinars, writing of articles, and client meetings with in your territories .

    Competitive Candidate Profile

  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members

  • 3 to 8 years of Power and Renewables experience

  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment.

  • Experience with Contract Renewals .

  • Proven experience managing a customer life cycle/sales process.

  • Proven experience managing teams.

  • Must know outside sales and account management/retention with the ability to demonstrate expertise in an enterprise sales process (CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision-makers, risk mitigation, retention, and closing).

  • Demonstrated experience forecasting new business on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal orientation, working with urgency.  In other words, you MUST have a strong motor!

  • Experience in the Power & Renewables space is preferred.
