Job Description
We are looking for a Photo Support Engineer to provide level 2 support with deep understanding of the system. This position will be full-time and remote
What You’ll Do
Will be assigned as primary support engineer for IT Shipboard Onboard Revenue Products
This will involve a deep understanding of the applications, ability to provide L2 support when tickets are assigned, and working closely with IT teams and third-party product vendors
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or 3-5 years of related field
Experience with Casino Gaming Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Arcade gaming systems
Experience with MS SQL
Experience with managing Windows and Linux Servers
Preferred:
Experience with Messaging systems like Tibco or BizTalk
Cruise industry experience preferred
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
