Job Description

We are looking for a Photo Support Engineer to provide level 2 support with deep understanding of the system. This position will be full-time and remote

What You’ll Do

  • Will be assigned as primary support engineer for IT Shipboard Onboard Revenue Products

  • This will involve a deep understanding of the applications, ability to provide L2 support when tickets are assigned, and working closely with IT teams and third-party product vendors

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or 3-5 years of related field

  • Experience with Casino Gaming Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Arcade gaming systems

  • Experience with MS SQL

  • Experience with managing Windows and Linux Servers

Preferred:

  • Experience with Messaging systems like Tibco or BizTalk

  • Cruise industry experience preferred

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
