Shire Account Lead Far East/Khabarovsk in Remote, Russia
Based on Marketing strategy identify and visit the clinical centers to find appropriate HCPs, treated Hematology diseases
Raise awareness and interest for the related diseases in order to support HCPs in visited centers on promoted product line
Educate and train relevant specialists in Haematology therapy areas to facilitate patient identification and / or treatment
Inform on the products during daily visits, Group Meeting presentations and at medical events
Develop and manage the relations with the Key Opinion Leaders in the territory
Build and support relations with local Health Care Authorities, KOLs and treatment provision chain
To organize all necessary contacts and activities in order to achieve company goals in close collaboration with Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, Medical and Marketing functions, within the agreed promotion budget
80% Visits and activities with own customers (HCPs, Authorities, Key OLs, Distributors)
20% Administration work
Education and Experience Requirements
University degree in Medicine/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmacy or other life sciences
Strong proven attitude for Biotech/ Hospital/ Specialty products promotional field work and willingness / possibility to travel
Experience of successful field force and territory management for a period not less than 2 years
Analytical and challenging mind
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Medical and Field Management experience in the medical area for not less than 1 and 2 years respectively
Display detailed understanding and demonstrated success in Key Account Management as a means of delivering results
Knowledge of hospitals/ medical centers/ health care system structure in the territory.
Connections with specialists in one of the following areas: pediatricians, neurologists, dermatologists, allergists, cardiologists, nephrologists and others according to the marketing strategy and Patients needs
Being able to work with PC at a regular practical level
Acceptable business English level
Advanced degree (PhD etc.)

He/she should also be able to work on his own without daily guidance/support from superior to achive our goals.
The person has to be flexible in the possible reorientation of activities and timing for the benefit of our mission.

The person must decide on his own travel/visit plans in the territory and where to set priorities in customers support to achieve our goals.

- Reports to Regional Manager. Regional Manager serves as first line advisor.

Other Job Requirements
Driver’s license mandatory
Ability to travel throughout own Federal District and selected cities from other Districts and to Moscow
Participation at the meetings in Russia and abroad
Russian as mother language.
English language skills to allow efficient scientific reading/ participation in product training in the disease area and sales meetings/ trainings in English
