Verint Systems, Inc. Associate Systems Engineer in Remote, United States

The Associate Systems Engineer (ASE) will be responsible for Implementation Services for a Verint provided solution into a customer site, partner cloud or Verint Cloud solution. The role requires a wide range of technical knowledge to deliver Customer Engagement Solutions including; Call Recording, Quality Monitoring, Workforce Management, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics and Customer Feedback. The candidate will be expected to install the Verint product suite as well as configure specific integrations and MI reporting to meet customer business needs. Success will be measured by ensuring that the customer is satisfied, the installations and integrations meet all requirements of the design and that the solution has been completed to agreed quality standards. The ASE will work with Project Managers, Application Consultants and Design Architects to deliver projects to customers as defined in the statement of work (SOW). The ASE will be expected to input into the technical planning of the project as well as clearly documenting the final technical solution to hand over to the Support organisation. The ASE will have core working hours but would be expected to be flexible to meet the needs of specific projects. The role is predominately remote but travel to regional Verint office may be required. Travel to Customer sites may also be required on an exceptional basis but is not expected in this role.
  • To complete the installation and configuration of the Verint product suite according to the requirements detailed in the project documentation. The ASE will need to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained whilst keeping updated with current Verint operating standards and how they are applied.

  • Understand the final solution and work collaboratively with the Project Manager to define the plan to achieve this state.

  • Work closely with Services & Support to ensure a smooth project delivery and transition into Support. Ensure that project handover documentation (HoTs) is completed to increase the support effectiveness.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development, to ensure skills are kept up to date.

  • Communicate relevant issues to Management, Support, Product House and to other members of the Project Team.

  • To provide regular and accurate updates to the Project Manager and Team Leader as part of weekly team calls.
