Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue analyses utilizing multiple data collection systems to meet the management teams’ need to understand daily results.

  • Identify current and new revenue trends across multiple platforms, such as Salesforce and NetSuite, in order to generate weekly revenue forecasts and offer risk and opportunity analysis.

  • Generate and manage a weekly revenue tracker to ensure proper revenue forecasting throughout the quarter.

  • Develop new financial and business-oriented reports and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  • Execute regular FP&A functions such as Accounts Receivable management, budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and monthly close P&L analysis.

  • Assist in the interpretation and summarization of P&L reporting across all functional areas.

  • Undertake self-initiated investigations in data systems to provide understanding and meaningful analysis of anomalies.

  • Take ownership of key reports and processes supporting a variety of business needs

  • Ad hoc analysis and research as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field

  • 4 to 6 years of corporate financial analysis experience with exposure to FP&A. which includes preparation, distribution and analysis of Monthly Financial Reporting and analysis of key Financial metrics to identify areas of improvement

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Attention to Detail

  • Strong proficiency in Excel

  • Proficiency in NetSuite

  • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to be flexible, open, and responsive to changes.

Preferred

  • Previous experience with SalesForce, as well as BI Tools

  • Software industry experience

  • Ability to express his/her own ideas, challenge ideas, and provide financial insights.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
