ZoomCare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building robust talent pipelines, sourcing and recruiting primarily for hourly and/or high-volume positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner develops relationships with outside organizations to source pipelines and also orchestrates internal hiring processes for in-demand roles. The Talent Acquisition Partner also creates and delivers funnel metrics that are visual and predictable for hiring teams to track status of workforce plans.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Source and recruit for high-volume and/or hourly roles utilizing a variety of relationships, organizations and channels; may support other positions based on business needs.

  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process; post positions, source, schedule and interview candidates, process offers, and initiate pre-boarding processes.

  • Create compelling recruiting posts including language about the ZoomCare mission, vision, and values, exciting aspects about the role, and development opportunities.

  • Develop and execute recruiting campaigns to deliver a robust, highly qualified and interested candidate pool.

  • Post approved job advertisements on multiple websites, network with and contact candidates, and leverage information from professional job sites.

  • Develop relationships with colleges or other organizations to support recruitment efforts.

  • Support internal career pathing programs developed in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Create meaningful relationships with hiring managers and collaborate to hire the best candidates in a timely fashion; provide training and coaching to new hiring managers.

  • Use the applicant tracking system to capture and analyze candidate data.

  • Develop funnel metrics for high volume hiring, deliver reports and key performance indicators to hiring leaders on a regular basis.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience; serve as the main point of contact for external and internal applicants; provide important information and answer questions, as needed.

  • Present and negotiate job offers within the parameters established for each role.

  • Launch employee onboarding process in the applicant tracking system and ensure candidates follow the established timelines.

  • Assist with the strategy behind the hiring needs, including staff augmentation, staff development and business planning.

  • Ensure compliance with practice protocols, policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations when handling sensitive candidate data and administering pre-employment screening requirements.

  • Assist with special projects, as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required; high-volume and full cycle experience, preferred.

  • Experience sourcing and executing recruiting campaigns to attract high volume candidate pipelines.

  • Ability to gather and present data related to recruiting volumes and activity.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of candidates, and all levels throughout the organization.

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

    WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distant vision.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
