Description
Robert Half is looking for an experienced Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our client's financial records and ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with payroll processing and familiarity with payroll regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
