SUMMARY:
AHost(ess)/Cashier's primaryresponsibly is to interact with guests, have fun, work hard and provide each guest with a memorial experience. The Host(ess)/Cashier will greet guests, provide accurate wait times, escort guests to their seats, process sales transactions and provide guests with effective, efficient, and friendly service to ensure their return visit.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of one-year previous host/cashier experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 15 lbs to chest.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Sincerely greets each guest.
- Makes eye contact with guest.
- Knows the script and hours/days of operation.
- Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.
- Seats guests in the proper order of arrival.
- Ability to determine guest needs, provide information on seating status, take names and quote wait times accurately.
- Understanding of Dine Time seating system.
- Know all table numbers and the various sections of the restaurant.
- Understanding of the tending functions of the POS system.
- Knowledge of all coupons and specials.
- Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
- Ability to use a calculator and balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.
- Genuinely thanks the Guest.
- Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
- Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.
