Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role/Team We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager of Aftersales Systems and Programs to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Global Aftersales IT Roadmap and ensuring organizational alignment. You will collaborate with business teams across PACCAR Inc. to develop and implement effective IT strategies that support our aftersales operations. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with dealers and fleets, benchmark industry solutions, lead the definition of new programs, and oversee the IT responsibility for ongoing aftersales programs. This position is located in Renton, WA. Job Functions/Responsibilities Manage the Global Aftersales IT Roadmap and ensure organizational alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with business teams across PACCAR Inc. to develop and implement effective IT strategies that support aftersales operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleets to understand their IT needs and align them with the company's IT initiatives. Benchmark industry solutions and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the aftersales IT function. Lead the definition of new programs for aftersales, considering business requirements, technology trends, and customer needs. Oversee the IT responsibility for programs in flight for aftersales, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to aftersales IT, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization. Up to 25% travel as needed. Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of aftersales operations, including dealer and fleet management systems is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing technology projects and programs, from initiation to implementation. Strong agile software development experience, including hands-on leadership on agile development teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to aftersales IT.
