Description Principal Integrated Absence Management Specialist. Remote. Most states eligible The ADM Response Team bridges operational needs with subject matter expertise in compliance, leave and disability, and accommodations across interdepartmental teams such as HR, Legal, Labor & Employment, Payroll and field operations. The role utilizes subject matter expertise and metrics to supervise and lead the team and provide appropriate response and support to all business partners, both internal and external. The Response Team Consultant utilizes critical thinking and strong analytics skills to discern root cause analysis and downstream impacts, and provides recommendations and support to improve the end-to-end experience for customers with the leave, disability and accommodation processes. Diploma or GED 5 years Senior level experience in leave, disability and accommodation case management Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies Or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years experience working with state paid leave programs and coordinating with organization self-insured plans 2 years experience providing guidance and consultation to key internal and external stakeholders on leave of absence and accommodation matters, and correlation with benefits and employee relations matters.
