Job Description: The Zone Manager reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties: Duties/Responsibilities: * Direct oversight of shift operations at assigned stations. * Compile productivity, performance, and inspections to ensure service level agreements are being met. * Reporting to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption. * Perform continuous field inspections of deployed personnel. (INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT) * Keep the Quality Assurance Manager apprised of personnel performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner. * Personnel Performance (coaching, counseling, and disciplinary). * Audit security officer end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports.
