Turner Mining Group Engineering Technologist in Republic, Washington
Are you a motivated Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) passionate about precision and organization? We seek a detail-oriented professional to join our team at a mine site near Republic, Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Indexing: Review physical drawings to prepare detailed indexes of key document information, including number, title, and date/revision.
Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of the document index, maintaining high standards across all records.
Document Preparation: Organize and prepare batches of documents for digitization by third-party services, ensuring seamless transitions from physical to digital formats.
Record Management: Create and maintain an organized system of records to track the location of all physical drawings and related documents.
Qualifications:
Engineering Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering drawing types, their uses, and general organization principles.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and organized records.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Certification: CET or EIT certification preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in engineering, industrial construction, or a related field.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.
