We are hiring a Sr HR Business Manager to partner with the MBC HR GM, MCB HR team and business teams to drive the people and diversity and inclusion agenda.

As a Sr HR Business Manager, you will be responsible for operationalizing the HR people plan and activating the D&I plan, while running a rigorous and disciplined rhythm for the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned and proven cross-functional HR leader to drive strategic planning, team and leader effectiveness, a diverse and inclusive culture and the operating rhythm of the HR organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute HR Team RoB : Develop a coherent and structured Rhythm of the Business for the HR team that enables connections, best practice sharing and further builds HR capability. Develop an engagement plan to team communications including all-hands, offsites, presentations, yearly planning, poll plans and more.

Translate Data Insights : Identify, analyze and drive insights around key metrics that help measure the success of our people investments, with particular focus on D&I.

Manage Operating Rhythm: Drive the business management functions that include developing and implementing quarterly people plan reviews and setting up processes to efficiently get work done.

Drive key diversity and employee engagement discussions throughout the year with business leaders to drive an inclusive culture across the business and drive special projects as needed.

Contribute to the design, implementation and management of D&I and talent programs/processes – ensuring learnings are brought forward to improve programs and processes.

Strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leader who can be provided background, guidance and support areas such as: internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with HR leadership teams and stakeholders in HR and the business.

HR budget management working with the business management team, executive administrator to manage and efficiently manage and spend within the budget throughout the year in accordance with the company’s budgeting process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will encompass the following:

  • 8+ years of experience HR, strong generalist capabilities and proven HR business partner experience years of work experience with Human Resources

  • OR 5 + years of work experience with Human Resources or related with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

  • Strong business and people acumen, and ability to consult, coach and influence across all levels around complex HR decisions

  • Strong project management capabilities to lead scalable solutions and programs from design to delivery. Ability to influence without direct authority, manage key stakeholders, and analyze impact after implementation

  • Ability to manipulate and analyze HR data and drive solutions or recommendations based on data insights

  • Strong organizing skills. Good time management. Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration, negotiation, interpersonal skills and maturity

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, achieve results in a fast-paced, distributed team environment and adapt to changing business needs

  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft and the HR operating model with depth of experience of HR Programs and Processes, driving a consistent Rhythm of the Business (ROB)
