The Electro Mechanical Engineer will perform a variety of multi-trade functions, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Responsibilities encompass troubleshooting, repair, installation, and replacement of components, basic design, simple fabrication, adjustment, rebuilding, and welding. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical power, hydraulic power, air power, PLCs, light curtains, safety devices, and test cable maintenance. The successful candidate will also read blueprints, manage accurate records for part ordering, inspect equipment regularly, and communicate effectively regarding completion schedules and material requirements. Additionally, operation of tools, precision measuring instruments, and occasional welding projects are part of the duties. The Engineer will work closely with production teams to ensure optimal operation of manufacturing equipment.
