About the role

The Import and Export Superintendent ensures that the procedures established by the different authorities and regulations are being complied. Also, this role is in charge of monitoring the material movements and guarantee that transportation of goods is done under good conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Elaborate invoices of Importation and Exportation in order to bring the material.

• Ensure that the finish goods are sent to the sterilization site.

• Have direct contact with overseas purchasing requirements to request the necessary documentation for their importation.

• Ensure Support to departments that require shipments of samples or products for filing and preparing them.

• Ensure the control of supplier billing is carried out, as well as the preparation of purchase requisitions.

• Ensure the coordination between MX and EU carriers based on daily needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or related careers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within the export/import area.

• Minimum 1 years of experience working in leadership positions.

• Knowledge of regulations (Annex 24, Annex 30, FDA, eighth rule, NAFTA, EUR1, etc).

• Knowledge and participation in certifications (VAT, OEA, CPTAT).

• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

• English proficiency: Intermediate - Advanced.

• Desirable: proficiency on Compliance Wire and Documentum.
