About the role
Our Operational excellence team is integrated in the Rheinberg site and focuses on transformation and projects in collaboration with the different departments onsite.
As a Change agent for digitalisation reliability, you will work on the development and execution of our digital transformation strategy. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation and initiatives within our organisation and have a positive impact on enhancing operational excellence.
You will be accountable for:
Creating a smooth transition process and facilitate the adoption of digital solutions for maximum benefits in close cooperation with our employees
Identifying opportunities for improvement of your current processes through the implementation of digital tools and technologies and aiming at streamlining workflows, increasing reliability, reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency
Assist in leveraging data analytics tools to analyse relevant datasets, identify trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement in excellence programs and reliability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing excellence programs and supporting the project management efforts to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
Supporting our continuous improvement with your problem solving mindset by evaluating new tools and technologies, providing recommendations on their potential application within the organisation
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations.
Relevant work experience in production or maintenance within a relevant industry.
Competencies:
Basic understanding of digital technologies and their applications in production or maintenance processes (e.g. automation, IoT, predictive maintenance, digital quality control)
Passion for continuous improvement and embracing new technologies
Fluency in german and english
Behaviors:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at the plant site.
Adaptable and open to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 68,000.00 to 85,000.00 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
