About the role

  • Our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 12 people, is integrated in the GBS Human Resources Service Line department, ensures recruitment delivery worldwide for all Solvay talent segments, focusing on sourcing, assessing and selecting the best talent (internal/external) for Solvay, in collaboration with Hiring Managers, and supporting the talent in their first moments in the role.

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work on the recruitment delivery of internal and external hirings, the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience and the local talent knowledge to support a high performing recruitment culture. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay’s ambitious transformation and have a positive impact on our people strategy.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring end-to-end recruitment delivery for Students (interns, apprenticeship..) up to S18 included roles, from job advertisement build-up to offer negotiation going through sourcing and interviews , for defined geography, with a constant focus on performance.

  • Define and execute on sourcing and recruitment strategy (internal and external), partnering with stakeholders, via a consultative approach, that leverages on data and talent insights, that drives engagement and accountability in the process.

  • Partnering with Local HR, by collaborating on local attractiveness challenges, as well managing local sourcing channels, when needed.

  • Securing full recruitment process execution and policy compliance, including the management of requisitions and candidates in SuccessFactors ATS.

  • Following up on the talent (including new joiners) during onboarding and integration period either just in the role (internal candidates) as well as in the company (external candidates).

  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.

  • Relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Proficiency in German, Dutch and English. Italian or Spanish are considered as a plus

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the German base pay reasonably expected for this role is 68.000€ to 91.300€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
