The Community at Brookmeade is currently accepting applications for a full-time Activities Assistant at Meadows located in Rhinebeck, NY.Under the direction of the Director of Activities, this position creates, leads and oversees the program of events and activities which are designed to address resident’s social, intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and vocational needs. Encourages, supports and motivates residents and staff to ensure maximum participation in the program. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned by management.The hours of this full-time position are 9:30am to 5:30pm and every other weekend.Meadows is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Rhinebeck, NY that provides exceptional care to our Residents. We are the only long term care facility in all surrounding counties that has been designated by the Department of Health as the top 5% performing nursing home in NY State.The Brookmeade Community is an EOE.
