JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Rice Lake Area School District is seeking a school counselor to work as a member of a collaborative team to deliver a data-driven, comprehensive school counseling program that is preventative in design, developmental in implementation, and supports students in the Rice Lake Area School District in the areas of academic achievement, college and career planning, and personal and social development. The successful candidate will be a leader who possesses the knowledge, abilities, skills, and attitudes necessary to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate, results-based school counseling program.
