About the role

The D&T Ops Sr Consultant / Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services or products to customers, ensuring that they meet the agreed standards and expectations. This position will liaise between various teams within CBRE Digital & Technology, Management, clients, and third-party vendors.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client/customer relationships, ensuring positive relationships and that needs are met.

  • Manage the delivery of multiple services/projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the customer’s requirements.

  • Ensure performance and quality of the services being delivered, using key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and customer feedback to ensure operational excellence.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, consultants, vendors, and customers.

  • Identify and implement improvements and innovations to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction of the products/services being delivered.

  • Understand the technologies being supported, identify and troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements as needed.

  • Manage and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the service delivery lifecycle, escalating them as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.

  • Manage third party vendors, holding them accountable for agreed upon quality metrics.

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.

At least five years of experience in service delivery, project management, or a similar role.

Experience working with managed services providers.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamworking, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks.

Infrastructure technical background is a plus.

Certification in ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
