RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within team responsible for preparing and conducting reliability lifetime testing of GaN/GaAs semiconductor devices.
Document and communicate test results and disposition material as instructed
Loading and unloading units for reliability lifetime testing
Tracking material and input data into quality database
Equipment upkeep
Perform calibration and preventive maintenance for temperature, electrical, and mechanical functions on various tools and stress chambers
Candidate must be detail orientated, able to execute procedures with precision and show proactive problem identification and solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
3 years or more experience working in semiconductor environment is required
Experience with reliability testing, familiarity with semiconductor components including GaAs or GaN circuits
Able to work under microscope
Good communication skills
Practical experience working with Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Successful candidate will be very disciplined, works independently, able to follow documented procedures and verbal/written instructions
