Brief Department Description

RTX Global Time & Labor Management is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end time to payroll process in accordance with standard operating procedures. RTX Time & Labor is a fast paced, team-oriented, transaction processing organization reliant on individual and team performance and continuous improvement. This role will support the Pratt & Whitney TLM Team working 1st shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do:

  • Deliver a high volume of transactional work with the highest accuracy and timeliness

  • Accurately review and execute data entry requests into time & attendance system

  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing data entry requests and payments

Qualifications you must have

  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • 6 or more years of experience with US Federal and State Labor Laws

  • 6 or more years of experience investigating, diagnosing and solving time and payroll discrepancies

  • The position is currently hybrid;

Education Experience Skills and Certifications

  • This role typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree a combination of education, applicable relevant experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree may be considered....

Required Security Clearance:

  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP

  • Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment

  • Excellent organizational skills, unrelenting attention to detail, resourceful, and a strong work ethic which insists on accuracy and diligence to the assigned tasks

  • Proven customer service, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices, using technology and other resources appropriately

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
