Job Description: HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Telehealth Support Analyst on our IS&T Voice & Video Support team. This position will provide support for our telehealth/telemedicine applications and the wireless and mobile devices they work on. This is a hands-on role with visits on site at our hospitals and clinics. Responsibilities include direct work with operational care partners, IS&T peers, and vendor/carrier support staff. The primary focus is to maximize up time of the telehealth applications used by both inpatient and outpatient care providers and staff. This person will manage equipment and application lifecycle; configure and troubleshoot company owned mobile device equipment including phones, tablets and other mobile and wireless devices used for telehealth. This person will own and manage operational business relationships, facilitate testing and quality assurance, develop documentation, and train employees and peers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or Business, or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience with direct verbal and written communication with customers and users of technology 2+ years' experience with mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets, in an enterprise environment Familiarity with mobile device management systems a plus Familiarity with telehealth/telemedicine applications a plus Good desktop tool experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) Detail oriented and proven organizational skills Strong interpersonal relationship building experience Good problem-solving skills Documentation writing experience Drive to any location, and be available outside normal business hours, including weekends; on-call as needed (7 days x 24 hrs.) Work onsite with occasional work at home Experience with testing and quality assurance Accountabilities: Establish effective relationships with operational partners and IS&T peer teams. Configure/program mobile devices and telehealth systems Troubleshoot incidents and responds to service requests. Work with vendors as needed to adjust services, open help requests and facilitate service upgrades. Coordinates and schedules delivery and repairs. Creates training materials and provides training to customers and peers. Tests programming and usability.
