Navigate360 LLC (Richfield, Ohio) seeks Software Delivery Manager. Build innovative software to meet customer needs & comply w/ coding standards & technical design requirements; conduct systems analyses & recommend changes to improve software operations; work w/ internal & external teams to verify project progress & metrics; train teams on Agile & Scrum software development frameworks & best practices; & work w/ product managers on roadmaps, delivery expectations, project timelines, & resourcing. Work-at-home benefit available anywhere in the US. Required: Bachelor's Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related. 5 yrs exp. developing software applications & managing software delivery. 2 yrs exp.: working on multiple concurrent projects in Agile & SCRUM; w/ business intelligence; & managing global teams. Exp. w/: relational databases; data science; & development code (i.e. React/PHP, VB.NET). Also requires SCRUM Master Certification (i.e. PSM or CSM) & PMP Certification.
