  • Job #7904 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Coordinator position will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. This role will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $30.43 - $46.20 Benefits:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
  • Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project change requests and ensure changes are properly documented and approved
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university and 1 year of experience in a technical field
  • OR associate degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from an accredited college or university and 3 years' experience in a technical field
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a technical field.
  • Basic project management techniques.
  • Basic core values as related to human performance, cost-effective work execution.
  • Basic use of computer software tools.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, weighing alternative courses of action and making decisions that are based on factual information and rational assumptions, taking organization resources into consideration.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must establish goals, set priorities, and maintain an awareness of interrelationships among activities.
  • Possess strong project management skills and abilities, including leading projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to develop cost to benefit analysis in support of project options.
  • Ability to apply applicable technical specifications, code requirements, and standards. Work sponsorship is not available at this time.
