The Account Manager maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to regulations. Implements and enforces Company and business partner policies and procedures.
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the Company and business partner. At the direction of the Station Management, is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, business partner stakeholders and airport authority
Ensure manpower engagement standards are met as outlined in the Service Level Agreement
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of results according to business partners’ key performance indicators
Attend all business partner required meetings
Act as liaison between regulatory agencies, airport authority and other vendors as required
Coordinate all new hire onboarding and on-the-job training
Communicate with airlines and other business partners to provide exceptional service
Ensure staff is meeting safety and security standards
Oversee administration of new hire and recurrent company and business partner training
Monitor operational performance ensuring key performance indicators are met
Facilitate regularly scheduled performance review meetings with business partners ensuring continuous improvement
Maintain accurate employee timekeeping for payroll purposes
Carry out other duties as assigned
Foster a safe working environment
Understand contract requirements and business partner expectations
Manage the use of equipment and manpower efficiently
Coach and mentor team members based on information gathered from business partner performance reviews
Develop a positive work environment that fosters a proactive security and safety culture
Serve as key account liaison between Company management and business partner management
Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at station
Ensure task assignments are applicable to personnel qualifications

Eligible to work in Canada
Associate’s degree. High school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with three years relevant experience, preferable in the airport industry.
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Knowledge of Outlook and Word. Ability sufficient to organize schedules and perform other tasks related to payroll and operations.

Supervision of accounts, supervisors or work crews at the direction of the Station Management.
