PrimeFlight Aviation Services Account Manager in Richmond, British Columbia

Description

The Account Manager maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to regulations. Implements and enforces Company and business partner policies and procedures.

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the Company and business partner. At the direction of the Station Management, is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, business partner stakeholders and airport authority

  • Ensure manpower engagement standards are met as outlined in the Service Level Agreement

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of results according to business partners’ key performance indicators

  • Attend all business partner required meetings

  • Act as liaison between regulatory agencies, airport authority and other vendors as required

  • Coordinate all new hire onboarding and on-the-job training

  • Communicate with airlines and other business partners to provide exceptional service

  • Ensure staff is meeting safety and security standards

  • Oversee administration of new hire and recurrent company and business partner training

  • Monitor operational performance ensuring key performance indicators are met

  • Facilitate regularly scheduled performance review meetings with business partners ensuring continuous improvement

  • Maintain accurate employee timekeeping for payroll purposes

  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Ensure task assignments are applicable to personnel qualifications

General Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • Must be able to hold and maintain all required security clearances

  • Eligible to work in Canada

Education/Experience:

Associate’s degree. High school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with three years relevant experience, preferable in the airport industry.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively in English.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of Outlook and Word. Ability sufficient to organize schedules and perform other tasks related to payroll and operations.

Certificates and Licenses:

No certifications needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervision of accounts, supervisors or work crews at the direction of the Station Management.
