The Role

Photography Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between Homes.com and Apartments.com advertising customers and our photography team. The primary focus of this position is to initiate outbound calls to our member agents and facilitate appointment scheduling for our virtual tour creation. Additionally, schedulers will systematically assign appointments to photographers, optimizing routes to enhance efficiency and accommodate as many agents as possible. Strong customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role. This role works closely with our clients, sales associates, dispatchers, and management team. This position is based in our Richmond, VA office.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and text to engage with existing Homes.com and Apartments.com clients to schedule virtual tours.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Homes.com and Apartments.com clients through ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction with the products.

  • Work closely with dispatchers and photography teams to align efforts and optimize output and reduce low production potential for photographers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach activities and conversion rates.

  • Exhibit a proactive 'first call resolution' mindset, ensuring that all member concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Coordinate with photographers to assign jobs based on availability and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.

  • Communicate with agents and photographers to confirm appointment details and address any scheduling conflicts or changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience.

  • Experience working in an outbound calling position for customer service or business development.

  • Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work some nights and weekends.

  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.

Compensation

The Photography Coordinator position is hourly plus bonus-eligible position. The bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle and are based on your performance against pre-determined performance metrics. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a metrics and performance-based environment and who are driven by bonus incentives to produce great results.
