Electrical Assembler
Job Description: Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assembler, where you’ll play a crucial role in building top-quality products that meet our high standards and delight our customers. Under the guidance of our experienced production supervisors, you’ll ensure every product is crafted to perfection, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products with precision, following detailed Engineering documents to meet production goals and customer specifications.
Use computers to check schedules and update job statuses, keeping our operations running smoothly.
Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing to ensure product quality.
Monitor the quality of parts throughout the assembly process.
Train and mentor fellow employees, helping them resolve inquiries and problems.
Handle materials as needed to support the assembly process.
Review and suggest improvements to assembly processes for better productivity and quality.
Communicate effectively with engineering to relay important information.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reject tickets.
Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
Adhere to all safety and work regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma.
Up to 2 years of assembly experience.
Familiarity with blueprints, power tools, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and general labor.
