Pay Rate: $17-18 hour,

Morning shift. 6 AM to 2:30 PM, some weekends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities

  • Food Tray Delivery and Pickup: Safely and efficiently deliver and pick up food trays to and from patient rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in meal distribution.

  • Tablet-Based Order Taking: Utilize electronic tablets to take patient meal orders, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of dietary preferences and restrictions.

  • Cart Management: Assist in the breakdown and organization of meal carts, ensuring they are adequately stocked and prepared for meal service.

  • Beverage Service: Pour and serve beverages, including juice, water, and other prescribed liquids, to patients in a hygienic and courteous manner.

  • Stocking and Inventory Control: Regularly check and restock food and beverage supplies in storage areas and kitchenettes, maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs.

  • Tray Collection: Collect used trays and dishes from patient rooms promptly, following infection control and sanitation guidelines.

  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

  • Cleaning and Sanitization: Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
