Aston Carter Inside Sales Representative in Richmond, Virginia

Aston Carter is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives in Richmond VA. This position is 100% on-site. This role is paying $16/hr. The shift for this role is Mon-Sat looking for availability 10am-10pm. You do not have to have call center experience for this role either! Work for the premier, multi-state provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Restoration services. Family-owned company that started in 1976 and is continuing to build a customer base and expanding into more states. They're currently in the works of adding roofing and siding into their services. Provide services from MD to NC. Currently expanding into SC

600 total technicians and 500 trucks across operation

In call center have 100 agents (14 inbound sales right now but wants 25-30 roles (covering dispatch, homecare agreements)) and handle all sales and services of

Handling inbound calls, avg 60-100/day with a 5 min call avg

Provide quotes for new services through series of asked questions prompted by ServiceTitan software

Assisting customers looking do basic home improvements (new ceiling fan, faucet/showerhead, gas line for an outside grill)

Assisting customers to resolve issues with a utility such as cold air coming out of a vent, water leaks, no heat, AC unit not working, any electrical issues, no hot water, etc.

Ex. of sales aspect- If there's a severe leak, suggesting to send out the restoration team, if they had previously quoted a service but never happened getting an appointment scheduled to follow up
