Job Title: Mechatronics and Robotics Technician
Job Description
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors. Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures. Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries. Enter downtime data in daily logs and complete PM sheets. Understand and apply electrical knowledge of basic components. Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment. Track and store the department's inventory, including spare parts.
Responsibilities

Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.

Apply electrical knowledge of basic components.
Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment.
Track and store the department's inventory, including spare parts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
high school or equivalent diploma
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls
2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles

Work Environment
Candidates need to be okay with their performance being tracked by data and numbers. The facility is a large distribution center with high-speed automation equipment, primarily with robotic components. Be prepared to walk 10,000 steps per day. Candidates must be open to working any 10-hour shift, as positions are available for all shifts.
