Job Title:
Service Dispatcher
Job Summary:
eTEC Mechanical seeks a Service Dispatcher that will be responsible for receiving customer service calls, dispatch technicians, and schedule maintenance agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service skills.
Handle a large volume of service calls with multiple phone lines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service technicians, customers, sales team, and service manager.
Responsible for maintaining schedule for service technicians for all service related work such as repairs, quoted service, and maintenance contracts.
Dispatch technicians on service calls as they are received.
Provide technicians with relative job information to allow them to perform the work properly.
Assist sales team, purchasing agent, and technicians in ordering material.
Log daily PO information provided by technicians.
Appropriately handle customer disputes.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Prior experience in dispatching and dispatching software (Spectrum) is a plus.
Works well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
