The Cloud Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing the bank's cloud-based infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services. This role ensures the security, availability, and compliance of cloud systems in alignment with community banking regulations such as the FFIEC guidelines, FDIC, and other relevant regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in managing cloud environments, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

Essential Functions

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Manage the bank's cloud-based infrastructure, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of cloud systems, including email, document management (SharePoint), and communication tools (Teams).
  • Administer user accounts, security permissions, and access controls in line with bank policies.
  • Monitor and manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for cloud services.
