Full Job DescriptionOur client is the eCommerce team of a leading name in tech seeking a Site Merchandising Manager with eCommerce experience. Site merchandising / PDPs / launching products on a website:The Site Merchandising Manager will:- Create, update and maintain product detail pages and overall product listings of select SKUs- Ensure all product information, description, images, prices, specs are accurate and optimized- Work with data partners to analyze site and sale performance- Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates- Execute promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with marketing and business- Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to (Brand, Product, UX, Business teams, Creative leads, Agencies, and HQ- Effectively and creatively communicate ideas and visions as a story to others with strong verbal and written communication skills- Manage consumer experience journey mapping and thoughtful site placements of products and promotions through site- Project manage all aspects of launch from conception, execution and post launch optimizationsThe Site Merchandising Manager must have:- 4 years of experience in eCommerce, specifically in site merchandising or launching product info/content or PDPs on a website- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT- Strong project management skills and experience using PM tools- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders- Bachelor's degreeBonus:- Fluent in Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet- Understanding of how Tableau and AEM work- Experience working for a large or global corporationIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
