Position Summary:
Our business management team within the Strategic Account Office Management Division is looking for a talented financial analyst to join our team. You'll play a critical role in assessing the financial performance of the company and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management. Your expertise in financial analysis will help us make informed decisions and drive growth across our organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to management
Assist in the development of financial models for strategic planning and decision-making
Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor budget performance and report on variances, helping departments stay on track and adjust spending as needed. Provide financial input for long-term planning and investment decisions
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure financial statements are accurate, compliant with accounting standards, and reflect the company's financial health
Assist in the preparation of financial disclosures for regulatory compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
4 years of related experience in business support and/or financial analyses
Must be able to execute complex functions in Microsoft Excel
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic financial insights
Willing and able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Willing and able to business travel up to 10%
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business field.
Experience in data analysis and familiarity with data visualization tools
