RIDGELAND OFFICE Human Resources Specialist in RIDGELAND, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Posting job openings onto applicable websites, social media, job boards; identifying innovative and unique efforts to recruit and attract diverse candidates. Actively seeking, outreaching and attending job fairs, community and networking events through the year to recruit and create a robust pipeline of diverse talent. Creatively leveraging technology, digital platforms and social media to innovatively recruit in nontraditional methods and tactics. Initiating and conducting full cycle recruiting support; supporting in the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment plans to identify, market and source candidates. Assisting in communicating, coaching and providing feedback to internals and external applicants around the hiring process. Providing data to stakeholders related to recruitment, retention and staffing. Performing research and remaining informed of market trends for recruitment and talent acquisition best practices; developing strategies and innovative ways to recruit. Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding activities such as stay and exit interviews. Providing a streamlined, intuitive, and high-quality experience for candidates from application to employees onboarding/orientation. Performs other duties as assigned, such as attending training sessions, conferences, workshops and seminars to keep abreast of changes, trends or skills required of the work, assisting in special projects as it relates to HR strategic priorities. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor\'s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organization Development, Communications or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition. In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in HR information systems and talent management software. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CPTD are a plus.
