Full time, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Education and Experience
Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Must have a valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities
Consistently report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire scheduled work period/shift.
- Perform a wide variety of preventative and general maintenance as well as repairs to facilities and equipment to provide a healthy and safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks related to maintaining facilities in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
- Respond to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally through a web-based work order request program.
Report to Facility manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.

- Full time
- Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Overtime expectations
- Overtime may be required dependent on events and/or inclement weather.
On-call responsibilities
- Maintenance Staff shares On-Call responsibilities for emergency repairs outside of normal working hours.
