Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania .

Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3 :

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets.

• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases.

• Conducts supplier assessments.

• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.

• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.

• Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4 :

• Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.

• Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.

• Conducts and guides supplier assessments.

• Develops current and projected work statement.

• Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.

• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.

• Develops and executes work movement plans.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).

• More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

• More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Mid-Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experienced Level 4 : More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in program management within supplier management.

• More than 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program Management.

• More than 3 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.

• More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

• More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

• More than 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity.

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level 3 : Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Experienced Level 4 : Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level 3: $98,600 - $121,800

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 4: $118,150 - $145,950
