A Day in the Life

Lieu : poste basé à Paris (75014) ou à Lyon , avec des déplacements réguliers dans toute la France , en fonction de la localisation des projets.

Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées

Participation à des missions de conseil chez nos clients

· Votre principale tâche sera de travailler sur les missions chez nos clients. Concrètement, vous :

· Contribuerez à la réalisation des missions (immersion au sein de l’hôpital, conduite d’entretiens, animation de groupes de travail, mise en place d’outils digitaux…)

· Construirez les livrables nécessaires à la bonne conduite du projet (analyses de données, supports de réunion, plan d’action, supports d’information, tableaux de bord…)

· Participerez à la conduite du changement et aux évolutions des pratiques

Participation au grandissement interne de l’équipe

· Appuierez l’effort de communication de nos réussites en interne et en externe de Medtronic

· Participerez à l’effort de veille documentaire et technique

· Contribuerez à la standardisation de nos méthodologies et de nos outils

Appui à l’activité commerciale de l’équipe

· Enfin, vous serez amené(e) à contribuer à l’activité commerciale de l’équipe. Par exemple, vous :

· Participerez à la conception et au renforcement de nouvelles offres commerciales

· Réaliserez des analyses d’activité pour comprendre le profil des hôpitaux prospectés

· Aiderez à la rédaction des appels d’offre

Connaissances et expériences requises

· Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation académique supérieure (maîtrise ou thèse), d’une école supérieure de commerce ou d’ingénieur ;

· Vous avez une première expérience professionnelle réussie d’au moins 2 ans en conseil en organisation, en stratégie et/ou en management ou en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la santé ;

· Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le secteur et ses grands enjeux. Une expérience en santé serait un plus ;

· Vous aimez la gestion de projet et souhaitez développer vos compétences dans ce domaine ;

· Vous aimez le digital et les nouvelles technologies / vous souhaitez développer vos compétences dans ce domaine et êtes intéressé(e) par les produits et thérapies de Medtronic ;

· Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et énergique , vous avez un bon sens relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe ;

· Curieux(se) et dynamique , vous faites preuve d’un esprit synthétique et savez prendre des initiatives ;

· A l’écoute des autres, vous valorisez l’humilité et êtes attentif(ve) aux besoins de votre interlocuteur.

· Maîtrise du français (langue natale ou bilingue) et anglais écrit et parlé

· Qualité rédactionnelle

· Maîtrise du pack office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Une connaissance en VBA et PowerBI serait un plus

· Aisance de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral

· Goût pour le travail en équipe

· Esprit de synthèse
