Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées:

  • Développer les ventes des produits de la gamme CRM & CDS, spécifiquement le lancement de la nouvelle gamme de défibrillateurs cardiaques implantables Cobalt®, le nouveau stimulateur cardiaque sans sonde Micra AV®, le développement du marché du moniteur cardiaque implantable Reveal Linq® et de l’enveloppe antibactérienne Tyrx® auprès de la clientèle existante et nouvelle, en conformité avec les lignes directrices établies par la direction des ventes

  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés, quantitatifs et qualitatifs, afin de consolider l’implantation et la réputation de la société sur le marché

  • Collaborer avec les autres ITC et TC (Coordinateur technique) de la région, les SAM (Strategic Account Manager), BDM (Business Development Manager) affiliés à vos comptes clients de votre secteur et de votre Operating Unit (OU) ou d’une autre OU au sein de Medtronic

  • Construire et entretenir des relations professionnelles solides et durables avec les professionnels de santé et tout autre partenaire clé de votre secteur

  • Vous impliquer activement dans l’activité de vos établissements de santé cibles pour réaliser toute action propre à faire progresser nos ventes et l’optimisation du parcours patient

  • Assurer les actions de communication et de formation nécessaires auprès de vos interlocuteurs et clients. Agir en tant qu’expert/conseil sur nos produits (présence quotidienne en salle d’examen)

  • Lancer les nouveaux produits et suivre les appels d’offre

  • Réaliser les reportings requis par la hiérarchie : CRM, tracking des contrats, etc.

  • • Utiliser tous les outils administratifs à votre disposition afin de réaliser vos missions en ligne avec les attentes de votre direction

Connaissances et expériences requises:

  • Formation supérieure (ou connaissances/expériences équivalentes) appropriée dans le domaine médical (dispositifs médicaux, appareillage, instrumentation), santé et/ou en environnement hospitalier

  • Expérience confirmée (5ans+) en vente de produits ou services, idéalement dans le secteur médical et/ou chirurgical

  • Connaissance des circuits de décisions du monde hospitalier appréciée

  • Capacité à identifier les besoins des clients et les traduire en solutions potentielles

  • Solides compétences analytiques, approche consultative auprès des clients ou prospects

  • Capacités de négociation et habileté à clôturer des négociations

  • Anglais opérationnel écrit et oral indispensable

  • Poste itinérant, permis de conduire obligatoire
