Job Description:

Responsible for managing development, implementation, strategies, and other activities for Consumer Banking Solutions. Supports operations and other business partners through design, implementation, and administration. Manages team members, project timelines and maintains communication updates with management. Works with other business units and resources to support strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities. Ensures stability of each project. Maintains day to day operational changes and support for related products, processes, and strategies. Mitigates business risk through activities and strategy administration to improve key performance indicators within their span of control. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

What You’ll Do

·Work with other business units and resources to build requirements and solutions that support strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.

·Maintain day-to-day operational changes for related processes and strategies and drive the future strategic growth of various strategies.

How You’ll Do It

·Recruit, train, and supervise staff/team members.

·Ensure stability of each project.

·Manage team members, maintaining day-to-day operational changes for related processes and strategies.

·Drive future strategic growth of various strategies.

·Mitigate business risk while designing process and strategy changes that improves key performance indicators within their span of control.

·Support operations and other business partners through design, implementation, administration, and testing of processes and strategies in all channels.

·Manage the development, implementation of strategies, and other activities to other business units.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, finance, operations research, engineering

  • 6+ years of experience in financial analyst, collections, process strategy, and debt collections

  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in financial analyst, collections, process strategy, and debt collections

Bonus Points If You Have

·8+ years of experience in data analytics, process strategy, and project management

·Master's degree in business, economics, statistics, finance, operations research, engineering

·Agile, PMP, Project Manager, or Lean Certified a Plus

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
