Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects) to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring a culture of safety excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs across all project sites.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on HSE best practices.
Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards at all project stages.
Collaborate with project teams to create a culture of continuous safety improvement.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in HSE management for large-scale industrial projects.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to implement HSE strategies and manage risk effectively.

In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations and environmental compliance.
