Parsons Corporation Senior Coordination / Space Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Coordination / Space Manager to join our team! In this role, you will get to manage spatial planning and coordination for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring optimal space utilization and alignment with project requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and oversee spatial plans to maximize efficiency and functionality of manufacturing and technology facilities.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.

  • Ensure alignment of space planning with overall project objectives, goals, and client needs.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of spatial layouts to meet evolving needs and requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and address issues related to space management, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and cohesive space planning across all phases of the project.

  • Provide guidance and leadership in the management of space requirements, anticipating potential issues and mitigating risks.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and reporting for space planning processes and progress.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in spatial planning and coordination for large-scale projects.

  • Proficiency in CAD and other space planning software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
