Stryker has a unique opportunity for a highly driven and commercial-oriented individual with a strong background in medical sales and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and the healthcare landscape in the region to drive the business of their Medical portfolio covering the Central region, Saudi Arabia.

What you need
Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.
Knows how to build reliable projections/forecasts.
Planning, implementing, and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the business targets and customer demands
Is able to translate strategy into an action plan in an autonomous way, and knows his/her daily, weekly and monthly goals. Has a basic understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function. Has a direct impact by ensuring the quality of the tasks/services/information provided by self and others.
Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, and providing post-sales user training.
Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedback in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions, and reporting them to the customer and related persons
Communicating the scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven performance 2-3 years
English and Arabic full professional proficiency
KSA driving license
Strong communication skills
Influences others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives
Preferred:
- Experience in medical devices business
