Minnesota Urology Triage Nurse (RN) in Robbinsdale, Minnesota
Minnesota Urology is looking for a dedicated Triage Nurse (RN) to join our Robbinsdale Clinic Day Shift, Monday- Friday, No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays POSITION SUMMARY To streamline patient calls and reduce steps to a resolve patient medical concerns. Addresses urgent patient needs and consults with physicians to determine appropriate care plans. Triage patient phone calls and address medical concerns as needed. Ensure the delivery of quality patient care through effective oversight of triage and call center functions. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/TRAINING/LICENSURE: Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Three or more years of experience in clinical nursing with urology practice experience preferred.
