Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team based in ROBESONIA, Pennsylvania. The role involves key support in maintaining proper controls and providing necessary information to management for informed decision-making. As a Senior Accountant, you will be instrumental in various accounting processes and improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoice submissions, cash receipts, and past due follow-ups.
• Play a key role in the account closing and reconciliation process.
• Manage billing schedules for long-term equipment projects and prepare related billings for installation and freight services.
• Contribute to budget preparation by providing necessary information such as order backlog reconciliation and cash receipts forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and implement new processes as needed.
• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Use your skills in Month End Close, General Ledger, Microsoft Power BI, Power BI, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance accounting processes.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
